Primark has launched a legal battle against fellow low prices retailer Matalan.

Drapers Weekly reported that this is the first case of its kind involving two players

in the low end price range.

Primark took the action after Matalan introduced a kids range with the

slogan "Rebel" on tee shirts and hoodies: Primark has a Rebel range for teenage boys.
