The Fashion Fights Aids Campaign was launched recently to raise awareness of the disease.

Celebrity photographer Mario Testino, human rights campaigner Bianca Jagger and designer Kenneth

 Cole launched the campaign in London recently.

High profile guests at the event included Elton John, Sienna Miller, Tamara Mellon and Tommy

Hilfiger.

Mario Testino has photographed some of the world’s most beautiful women including Kate Moss

and Gisele Bundchen. He used photographs from his book to document ordinary women living with

AIDS.

He said:" I photograph women every day; I am regularly exposed to beautiful, priviliged and healthy

women through my work.. I have taken photographs of women from around the world, from diverse

 backgrounds, which have been deeply affected by HIV/AIDS.
